Disability to Ability Initiative – Creating Pathways to Employment

As part of its commitment to inclusive development, Raajratna Foundation, in partnership with Youth4Jobs, supported the Disability to Ability Initiative to promote vocational skill development and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. The programme focuses on equipping beneficiaries with the skills and support needed to pursue meaningful careers and greater economic independence.

Through industry-relevant vocational training, participants gain practical skills aligned with workplace requirements. Career guidance and employment support further help beneficiaries understand career opportunities, build confidence, and prepare for the transition from training to meaningful employment.
